Since 1965 at the current location, BHT has provided expert quality service in thermal processing of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys for the automotive industry, the military, machine shops, foundries and other manufacturing companies dealing with metals. The Company is housed in a specially designed 18,000 square foot building on five acres of land in Brooklyn Park, conveniently located just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. This is very close to I-895 and BWI Airport.

BHT is a full service heat treating facility specializing in performing the following processes:

  • Hardening
  • Annealing
  • Nitriding
  • Stress Relieving
  • Aging

The Company provides:

  • Fast turn around service of all processing work
  • A metallurgical engineer on staff for consultation for your heat treating application
  • Hardness testing lab with the latest calibrated machines
  • Certified to MIL H6875, MIL H6088, AMS-H-6875A, AMS 2750
  • Serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia
